I have done business with this company… I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience. I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding. Down right pathetic. Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.

Pool Heater Our pool heater was delivered when promised. They delivered it to the lower edge of the driveway as requested to get it as close to it's final location as possible. There was slight damage on the unit in shipping but not enough to be an issue. The installation was relatively easy using the install videos for reference. We did have an issue getting the unit to start due to the fan blade hitting a coil. Once we pushed the coil back out of the way everything worked fine. The heater has been working as advertised with no issues once we worked out the fan blade issue.
