GBGreat service! The service I received during the online ordering process was outstanding! Every question was answered quickly and honestly. My heat pump was shipped expertly. Everything was well packed and arrived quickly. The unit is now hooked up, but the weather hasn’t been cool enough to really test it out yet. I look forward to to the cooler late summer and fall nights when we can really reap the benefits. Overall, this was one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

GBExcellent!! After ordering with another vendor, waiting 4 months and then finding out it was still on back order we went looking. Happened upon poolheatpumps.com. Nobody else had heat pumps, “supply chain issues”. Their sizing tool was simple and helpful. Asa went over the info with us, gave us options, and a great price! We ordered a couple days later and the unit arrived 7-10 days later. Excellent communication from shipper and poolheatpumps.com all the way through. Highly recommend.
