I bought an Ariel in August 2022 I bought an Ariel in August 2022, it stopped working in June 23, within the 12 month warranty, they agreed to send a replacement, said they would send the tracking number. Since then I have heard nothing, no replies to emails except the automated one. I am wondering if they are still in business. Very disappointed, our previous one lasted several years. Well my review produced a response, apology that my claim was misfiled & new one arrived today 10 Aug 23.

I love the Ariel I love the Ariel. It doesn't seem to do as good a job as my old solar breeze. I run both of them at the same time and the old solar breeze seems to pick up more surface debris. The solar breeze also holds chlorine tablets, the Ariel doesn't. That being said, I still love the Ariel and it does a better job of curving away from the side of the pool instead of hitting the side head on.

Ariel rear motor replacement kit a snap to install and a great value! We are so happy to have our Pivot Pools Ariel automatic pool surface cleaner and we're bummed with the thought of replacing it when one of the back electric motors failed. I was relieved to find a replacement kit available on their web site. I ordered it and the kit arrived in a few days. I found the replacement quite simple and straightforward. Our Ariel is back in the pool working like new, for a fraction of the cost of a new model! Thanks Pivot Pool! You rock!

This is our second product from… This is our second product from Solar-Breeze. i have had our old original solar-breeze unit sent in & serviced twice. This year the old one was very sluggish and not hitting all the surface spots. I ordered a brand new Ariel surface robot. It is doing a wonderful job of taking all the bugs & leaves off the surface. 1ST Generation Solar Breeze Customer I am a 1st Generation Solar Breeze Customer. I bought the very 1st Solar Robotic pool skimmer when it came out years ago. I have been having them repaired and upgraded since. Ariel will probably be my last one, when I retire in 2030, my pool will be made into a miniature golf putting green. They are great for people who have pools and enjoy them. I would highly recommend Solar Breeze Robotic Pool Skimmer to anyone with a pool, it does the job.
