I was very much looking forward to… I was very much looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new pergola from Pergolux. Unfortunately, after placing our order and then checking with our condo association we found out that they do not permit the use or display of pergolas. I was very worried since we had already placed the order that we would not be able to cancel it. I am pleased to report that Melissa, in Customer Service responded to my email right away and helped me with the cancelation of my order. She was caring, understanding and refunded our money within a day's time. Due to her strong customer support, I will be ordering another one for my main home soon!

What an engineering masterpiece! Fantastic pergola with lots of functionality! My experience with Pergolux has been outstanding! I cannot speak highly enough to the quality of the product, as well as how structurally appealing it looks as a new addition to my back patio space. Install was fairly reasonable, for such a large structure, but most people should be able to handle it with an extra set of hands and some patience. The louvers and "built-in" rain gutters are brilliant and a nice feature for this unit. I would highly recommend some of their accessories as well, if your budget permits. They are well thought-out and basically plug-in play into the unit. i.e. heater, LED lights, shade and even the wood-slat wall unit. It's beautiful once it all comes together. A+ experience.

Pergolux made me look like a genius to my wife 😀 Forget all the online research and just order from Pergolux and have it installed by elite tech. Yuri & Peter assemble and install this product every day! We wanted an installer who was familiar with it to eliminate any problems. You won't be disappointed in the quality, the service or the cost. Is it the cheapest, no. Is it the most expensive, no. It's a reasonable cost for the quality that you get. I was very impressed with the quality of the pergola from the thickness of the material to the coating, to the protection of it during packaging and shipping. It is engineered for pretty easy installment. The lighting and the heater are a great extra touch. And Melissa in customer service is awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about… I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Pergolux. There were a few items missing from my original order but the customer service team was on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything to complete the install. The product is amazing! It’s a great addition to our backyard.
