GBAs I see from most of their negative… As I see from most of their negative reviews and BBB ratings they do not stand behind their products, instead blaming the manufacture who of course will do everything they can to deny warranty, They tried to blame our water and even that the people getting baptized were contaminating the water…even though none of that is true. Horrible company to deal with and am out $600 for defective equipment. No one at the company wants to help and states ‘their name is not on the product.’ Probably one of the most unethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. I would stay away from them 100%!

GBWarranty doesn't exist Based on the warranty, the items should've been free. Hail damaged top rails and post caps. False advertising. Just say there isn't a warranty on the Laguna Calimar pool. Manufacturer said call the distributor and distributor said not our problem.

GBThe new board looks great! I was delighted when the diving board was delivered! It was packaged very well and was an impressive delivery. It has been installed and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. The color complements the pool area. I am so glad we found Pool Supply Unlimited!
