I was nervous about ordering online and not being able to see the details prior to purchase, but the quality is really excellent and the price couldn't be beat. My husband installed it in under 45 minutes (including removing the existing fixture) and it looks wonderful!

Never received, horrible customer service Placed order and tracking was not available until after I reached out to them asking to see what the delay was. I did expect a 30 day ship time however it wasn't "shipped" until 45+ days after and to be told it was delivered however my doorman building has never received. I reached out to the company and they said its marked as "signed for" but that's not true. The package update said "left at front door". Again, no trace of the package and their customer service team said there's nothing they can do, won't ship a new fixture or issue any sort of refund.

All of these 5-star reviews were submitted within a 2-week timespan in late July to early August 2022. You can even see from "Claude Smith" review on August 7, 2022 that the review mentions a completely different company, "...we found this one on mooielight." Trust Pilot should immediately remove these fake reviews. It is absurd that Trust Pilot is complicit in scamming people by allowing these fake reviews to be submitted and stay on the platform.
