Terrible product please be warned! Terrible product please be warned!! Company utilizes non professionals using at home equipment. Blades are not sharpened so cut is uneven, mowers aren't cleaned so large chunks of grass from prior jobs are left throughout your lawn. They show up on random days at random times (including 7am), cancel same day and completely no show. Company continues to charge your credit card on a weekly basis despite weeks where no one shows to cut the lawn. They then dispute this and claim lawn was actually cut. Bottom line is the company offers a trash product and is straight up willing to steal from you.

Just used Plowz & Mowz last night at… Just used Plowz & Mowz last night at double the normal price I would contract for my driveway ($75 instead of $35 contract). The driveway was not backscraped, leaving 2 inches of now compacted snow, plus we were not asked to notbe cars around, so those areas have 4 inches or more left. P&M said the job was great and did not provide any resolution. Do not use them--no screening of subcontractors and then no customer service.

Our wonderful neighbor had to complete the job which should have been done by the vendor assigned to do the job. I was originally charged $120.00, and they "discounted" me $20.00; not anywhere near enough to satisfy me. I requested a 40 percent refund. The vendor took 20 minutes maximum time to do the work. The entire length of the south portion of our driveway was left untouched. We have a two car garage; the car parked on the south end of the garage would not be able to exit down the driveway for that side. At $120.00, he made at least $100.00 an hour; a overcharge to be sure based on the lack of completion of the job. I WILL NOT be using this company for any future services going forward. I just happened to check my bank balance and noticed that NO $20.00 discount was provided as of yet. It is now 11:56 PM CST, and I had communicated my great dissatisfaction with their company over 10 hours ago! They promised to deliver a $20.00 discount at that time. They have yet to deliver on that promise! STAY AWAY FROM PLOWZ & MOWZ!

Great Company good Work and Value Plowz and Mowz is a great company that offers a lot of different services with upfront pricing. I have used them in the past and continue to use them with confidence if I order a job done it gets done and done right. I recently used them for pet waste pick up for 2 dogs after a long winter and the grand total was only 65 dollars. He hauled 4 large black contractor bags of dog waste to his truck. The guy was out there making sure he found all of it. If you want quality work at affordable fair prices I recommend them.
