Absolutely terrible every time Absolutely terrible every time. They take hours to get to you even for an ASAP request. They missed a whole section of my driveway, tore up my lawn and left inches of snow. When I contacted customer support I got a glorified “oh well not our problem” I’ve had many issues with this company. They’re overpriced, don’t care about customer satisfaction or property damage. I would rather use a spoon to dig myself out of feet of snow than use them again.

Submitted request for shoveling my… Submitted request for shoveling my driveway on a Sunday morning. On Monday morning, the driveway was still untouched. Ended up shoveling a path for me to be able to get to work. Paid the full asking price for the service. I did not receive the needed service within a timely manner. Full disclosure from the company alerting me that there would be a significant delay (in my case at least 18 hours) would have avoided my negative view of Plowz & Mowz. Will never use Plowz & Mowz again, nor will I recommend the company to others.

Our wonderful neighbor had to complete the job which should have been done by the vendor assigned to do the job. I was originally charged $120.00, and they "discounted" me $20.00; not anywhere near enough to satisfy me. I requested a 40 percent refund. The vendor took 20 minutes maximum time to do the work. The entire length of the south portion of our driveway was left untouched. We have a two car garage; the car parked on the south end of the garage would not be able to exit down the driveway for that side. At $120.00, he made at least $100.00 an hour; a overcharge to be sure based on the lack of completion of the job. I WILL NOT be using this company for any future services going forward. I just happened to check my bank balance and noticed that NO $20.00 discount was provided as of yet. It is now 11:56 PM CST, and I had communicated my great dissatisfaction with their company over 10 hours ago! They promised to deliver a $20.00 discount at that time. They have yet to deliver on that promise! STAY AWAY FROM PLOWZ & MOWZ!

Jobs often dropped/rescheduled My experience this year has not been great. I've had several jobs where the provider rescheduled multiple times, and then was dropped from the job and plowz and mowz couldn't get a new provider assigned. The worst case, it was over three weeks from the original job date until my lawn was finally mowed, the grass was over a foot tall. I'm not sure I will continue using plowz and mowz next year based on how this past year has gone.

Terrible product please be warned! Terrible product please be warned!! Company utilizes non professionals using at home equipment. Blades are not sharpened so cut is uneven, mowers aren't cleaned so large chunks of grass from prior jobs are left throughout your lawn. They show up on random days at random times (including 7am), cancel same day and completely no show. Company continues to charge your credit card on a weekly basis despite weeks where no one shows to cut the lawn. They then dispute this and claim lawn was actually cut. Bottom line is the company offers a trash product and is straight up willing to steal from you.
