Completely ignored the scheduled date Scheduled a yard cleanup and lawn mow for the end of May. Instead they came almost two weeks earlier and proceeded to mow during No Mow May while also completely skipping the yard cleanup they were supposed to do first. After they checked the job they realized they came the wrong date but the yard was already partially done by the time I was able to stop them & all I received from the contractors was a half ass apology. For over $400 the service was atrocious & I had to fight for a refund.

Crappy job for $228 for 1/2 acre called… Crappy job for $228 for 1/2 acre called in middle of service and tried to charge more. Left hedge clippings laying on ground, didn't trim under tress and I was told my opinion on the service was optional. Good set up to get your money, lousy service, and completely arrogant and unprofessional customer service. Never will use them again.

Nobody ever came to mow but I was (over)charged right away Ordered service, was quoted a price, immediately charged, for an amount about 10% higher than what was in the confirmation email, nobody came. Called to complain, was given a new service date, nobody came AGAIN. Now I'm contesting the transaction through my bank, trying to get my money back... I should have called a trustworthy local company right away, these guys sit in New York and talk a big game but aren't ready to deliver.

Absolutely terrible every time Absolutely terrible every time. They take hours to get to you even for an ASAP request. They missed a whole section of my driveway, tore up my lawn and left inches of snow. When I contacted customer support I got a glorified “oh well not our problem” I’ve had many issues with this company. They’re overpriced, don’t care about customer satisfaction or property damage. I would rather use a spoon to dig myself out of feet of snow than use them again.

Great app and company We love this service. Convenient and easy to schedule services and Plowz & Mowz is quick to respond to questions or help resolve issues. Recommend and already know we will be using them next year.
