Same as many-poor response. Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!

The website is nice with detailed… The website is nice with detailed descriptions of the pools. The packages you have put together makes it easier to get started. Best Customer Service! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided updates that there were delays in the shipment because of the shortages of pools. They assured us we would get the pool and we did. Took longer then we liked; however, the wait was worth it and the family is enjoying the pool.

We’ve been waiting for our pool liner… We’ve been waiting for our pool liner for 2 months and we finally received it this weekend. It was an easy one day set up and we’re excited to use it throughout September. Although we finally got our complete pool and it all works, I wouldn’t recommend this company because our entire backyard was destroyed and so was our entire family’s summer. Thank you.

Would give a 0 star if I could Would give a 0 star if I could. Have not received my order in over a month. Tried calling only to get a recording during business hours. They never called back. Emailed numerous times sometimes with no response, other times with generic letter stating they are looking into it. “Jay” sent email saying order shipped with no tracking info. That was over two weeks ago. I do not believe this company even exists. Sending letter to BBB along with dispute to my credit card. They charged it right away but you receive NOTHING! Find a reputable company to purchase from because this isn’t it.

Awful awful company Awful awful company. I do not generally leave reviews but the lack of professionalism when speaking with who I'm assuming was "Jay" was astounding. If you want a refund, call your credit card company directly to file a dispute. They are much more helpful. I was charged almost $4,000 and never received what I ordered. Terrible terrible business. Do not order from them!
