Satisfied Customer Hello, I’ve been purchasing Almased for several years because it is a very good satiating protein powder. I buy it since it regulates leptin and cortisol levels. In fact, I plan on doing The Starting Phase next weekend for three days over the Autumn Equinox. Amassed Really Works! A few years back, I noticed a coworker looking a lot slimmer. She was walking towards me and shaking this bottle in her hand. I actually said "Hey Slim, looking good." We laughed and chatted, before I asked her about Almased. She said her doctor recommended so she could lose a few pounds. So I decided to try it also, long story short, I replaced one meal a day, blended with a banana to thicken and improve taste. Customer Care Non-existent Hi, I have purchased Almased a lot over the last two years. (At least 15 to 20 containers) In March 2022 I received a new container, with only two thirds content in the container! I have written two complaints on their British website at least ten days ago. I have received no reply. I wrote to their nutritionist and received no empathy and basically told me it was impossible. I can never get through to their telephone number. I have left messages and no one gets back to me. Their customer care is non-existent! John
