Has put a spring in my step! I was a little hesitant to start Almaseed as I am so wary of slimming drinks. I decided to start with one shake a day in the morning as I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I've noticed some weight loss on the one shake a day but the thing that prompted me to write this review is the energy it gives me! I've always felt sluggish and tired these past couple of years.
