Great Experience! Customer service from E-Rigging was top notch. E-Mails were answered promptly and all my questions were answered. Without going into details, my order was a little awkward and required many emails which were all answered almost immediately. Product was shipped promptly and arrived before expected date. The product looks excellent however I have yet to get it installed. Seems like the people at E-Rigging are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Cable railing completed! My cable railing was the last piece to complete our newly built home. As a home owner/installer E-Rigging was very helpful in the initial planning. Their how-to videos were easy to follow and gave clear instructions. I had to get two replacement items and their customer service support was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
