Great Experience! Customer service from E-Rigging was top notch. E-Mails were answered promptly and all my questions were answered. Without going into details, my order was a little awkward and required many emails which were all answered almost immediately. Product was shipped promptly and arrived before expected date. The product looks excellent however I have yet to get it installed. Seems like the people at E-Rigging are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Spot on service Carolyn handled my issue with back order parts,and she was spot on with returning my emails. I needed the entire order obviously but one part was on back order, so she made it possible for me to get the rest of my order delivered in a respectable time frame VS one part holding up the entire shipment

Found the Exact Pulley I Needed! Doing a search on google lead me directly to E-Rigging.com, where I found exactly what I needed. The thing I really like about E-Rigging.com is the dimensional diagrams of the pulley that I was looking for. Those dimensional diagrams helped me quickly find the right pulley for the project I was working on. I have bookmarked the website and will probably use it often.

This company was very helpful This company was very helpful. I registered for a callback online scheduled the appointment they called right whenever I wanted them to. They answered all my questions. They even save me money by suggesting another product that I didn’t even think about once I got my material which came very quickly, and just as I ordered, I was able to, go onto YouTube and watch the videos on how to assemble the product and I had it in my hands and they were back to work. I would highly recommend this company to everybody.
