It's always perfect to drink Previously I had an under-coutner system. When I had to move...I wasn't able to have another system insalled. My son had a Waterdrop Counter system shipped, unbeknownst to me. I wasn't certain if I would have the same results but...it's wonderful! The water is clean/clear also tells you when it's ready to drink. I love it!

G3 and X12 I have a had a G3 system for years with no issues. Moved to a new house (left the G3 at the old house) and upgraded to a X12. The first unit I received died under the initial 5 minute flush and never turned back on. Contacted customer service and received a replacement system a few days later. The 2nd unit was up and running in a few minutes and all is well. Waiting for the refrigerator hookup/small tank for the complete filtering of ice and the pitcher that automatically fills in my refrigerators beverage center :) Thank you Harper for all your assistance with getting the unit replaced.
