GBI purchased a welder with a built-in… I purchased a welder with a built-in air compressor for a plasma cutter. I received the item and it did not work. I contacted customer service and the resolved the issue quickly. They sent new unit but I haven’t yet tried it. Raymond was very helpful trying to diagnosed and decided to just send me a whole new unit.

GBI ordered a welding hood from yeswelder… I ordered a welding hood from yeswelder and some how it got lost in shipping. I reached out to yes welding about the issue and they sent me another one which made it to me. I am very happy with the customer service and how they resolved the issue. I am also very happy with the product I bought. The welding auto darkening hood works great. The details and graphics on the hood is awesome. I would refer yes welder to anyone that needs welding supplies.

GBPrompt, courteous customer service. The adjustment gear in the welding helmet I purchased stripped out. I contacted customer service and Raymond was able to help me right away. If I could have given their customer service a 5+ I certainly would have done that. Raymond was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and I had new headgear within a few days. I would definitely purchase from this provider again in the future.

GBFrom the Beginning with my receipt of my MIG205 YES has been GREAT! Beginning with my receipt of my MIG 205, YES has been a homerun when it comes to fielding my questions. Each and every time I've needed any assistance, they have always been Super-Fast in their response and on their follow-thru when needed. I've kinda landed on communicating with Raymond and he always comes thru with a quick and courteous response. I'd have to say that the YES Team is the BEST and the main reason I keep suggesting their products to everyone I talk to about Welding equipment!

GBBroken goggles Recently bought a set of autodarkening goggles, when I opened the box the lense was shattered. I wrote an email to customer service about the issue and promptly got a response from Anna who was very fast and helpful at getting this issue resolved.
