GBAll good.... All good....clear info on the website allowed me to purchase 3 refrigerator filters for the price of one elsewhere...free shipping is a benefit!!! Not "overnight or 2 days" but I don't need immediate delivery if the "price is right" .... and, upon inquiry as to status/shipping/delivery date, good communication from the support dept... All good.

GBI purchased the wrong filters for my… I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.

GBIncorrect model received I ordered from fridge water filters from Morefilter before, but the second time I did the filters I received were the incorrect size. This was determined to be an error in the product model I chose. Their representative informed me it would likely cost more to return the incorrect filters and ship the correct ones than just ordering new filters. They offered instead to ship the correct filters and only charge me for shipping, having me keep the incorrect filters. This was a more than sufficient solution for me. Exceptional customer service!
