GBYOU PROVED ME WRONG - I am happy to report, I spoke with someone in the company and my issue was quickly resolved. Thank you PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG: I have been emailing customer service for the past 2 weeks regarding an order I received. To this date no one in this company has gotten back to me. GBI purchased the wrong filters for my… I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.
