Poor Customer Service Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever!!! Sent back a purchase 6 weeks ago. UPS TRACKING AND DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE. Employee said it was my fault because I sent back product to NY office posted on website instead of warehouse. They lost my package and I'm currently out $900. Sent several emails and phone calls trying to resolve the problem and have been blown off over and over. They'd not care about customer service. Me and my Captians will never use this Company again.

Thank you Thank you, I purchased 3 Black F-7 Polyform fenders and it was effortless. Everything from online ordering, quick (free) shipping and packaging. I did search around and NVN Marine had the best prices. I will be ordering a few more things

Placed 2 orders only received one Placed 2 orders only received one. Have sent 3 emails to them with no response. My account has been deducted over $2000 for the purchase with nothing to show or any response of what is going on.

Your company did great Your company did great. You need to get another delivery service FedEx is a joke. The tracking said April 24, then April 25 and still nothing. I don't like sitting home waiting and nothing. It has been in Georgia for 3 days. I could have drove to Florida and been back home in that time.
