Poor Customer Service Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever!!! Sent back a purchase 6 weeks ago. UPS TRACKING AND DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE. Employee said it was my fault because I sent back product to NY office posted on website instead of warehouse. They lost my package and I'm currently out $900. Sent several emails and phone calls trying to resolve the problem and have been blown off over and over. They'd not care about customer service. Me and my Captians will never use this Company again.

I don't like sitting home waiting and nothing. It has been in Georgia for 3 days. I could have drove to Florida and been back home in that time.
