GBAwful experience: Awful experience: This seller was quick to process our credit card but everything since then has been negative. We were provided a tracking number of our order which ended up being an incorrect tracking number. The phone number listed for this business has given a busy signal for over a week now. It's been over 2 weeks with response to our emails, no product has arrived, and no follow up with any explanation. Very frustrating.

GBShipped to wrong address & confirmation… Shipped to wrong address & confirmation email said it was shipped to my correct address. I DID NOT receive my part. Customer support doesn’t respond to emails. The phone number post on their web site gives a busy signal and hangs up. Didn’t get any response to texts as well. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RICHS BOAT PARTS.

GBBEWARE OF THIS VENDOR !! BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR !!! This the first time I have ordered from Richboatparts.com The package that was delivered (to the wrong house) was clearly not my order. The carrier photo showed a letter-sized package when I ordered an item large enough for a medium size box. The phone number listed on the site (385) 497-6061) is nevered answered. It ALWAYS comes up as "line busy" - even at crazy hours late at night. When I sent an email describing the problem - it wasn't returned. I had no choice but to cancel the credit card charge. It this site even legit?

GBReally do not want to be negative but, Really do not want to be negative but, Apparently the wrong item got shipped to a different address. I have reached out through their contact at the website, email, text and tried to call with no answer. It would be nice to have some response at this point before contacting my credit card company for resolution.

GBThis is a scam business This is a scam business: they send orders to a random address in your area so that the tracking number gives you a delivered status! There is no merchandise being sent. They have been reported to the US government and to Master Card Credit Card service! Do not order from this scam business; look up the address and you can see it is not a business!
