Because I only received 5 out of 4 products so I email them again right away and correct myself. And guess what they make a big deal of a 30$ product and block lmao. Dude I just wanted my product I could care less about the money..luckily I dont refer any of my business to this company. This is not a way you treat customer especially vets.

They go above and beyond They go above and beyond. An item came damaged and they sent out a replacement the same day. They are super responsive, always available and make your shopping experience their priority. Some items could be a little cheaper but I’d rather have reliable service, slightly higher prices than lower prices and no customer support. - A++++

Great Product, time tested reliable source. I have ordered from Ultrapeptides at least 25 times this year. The shipping is often only two days, sometimes takes up to five. They always send emails to let you know that your order is being processed and always provide a tracking number. I feel they are much more attentive than many other vendors out there. The product has been consistent and is perfect for my research. Someone recently wrote in a review that they received inactive chemicals. Maybe that person was doing too much research and failed to measure their chemicals. Always keep some coffee in the lab, and carefully measure your chemicals!
