GBWorst experience I email them telling… Worst experience I email them telling them where is my tracking. Because I only received 5 out of 4 products so I email them again right away and correct myself. And guess what they make a big deal of a 30$ product and block lmao. Dude I just wanted my product I could care less about the money..luckily I dont refer any of my business to this company. This is not a way you treat customer especially vets.

GBThey go above and beyond They go above and beyond. An item came damaged and they sent out a replacement the same day. They are super responsive, always available and make your shopping experience their priority. Some items could be a little cheaper but I’d rather have reliable service, slightly higher prices than lower prices and no customer support. - A++++

GBGreat and communicative support staff I have been an infrequent customer for a few years. I have never had an issue with shipping until recently, when I erroneously filled out the e-form. Support staff reshipped the order free of charge, and kept me in the loop. Thanks again!

GBUnparalleled customer service Unparalleled customer service. They always ship my orders the same business day if I place it in the morning. The staff always responds to emails, and they have great sales all the time if you sign up for their email list and create an account - it's definitely worth it.
