The high cost of shipping is borne out by the product being very securely strapped to a pallet which minimizes repetitive handling and damages. Free pallet as well to cut up and use as starter fuel for the Firepit!

Great Service and Product Having seen one of your fire pits at a local garden centre I went onto the website and looked at what you offered. I decided that we wanted a fire pit, swing out grill and metal cover, so I ordered online. The goods came quickly and well packaged, with emails to keep me updated. Unfortunately, what I ordered was too small, my fault entirely. So, I rang the number at 9am am and got through to really helpful (real) person who gave me a few options. Luckily, I am relatively local and an hour later, and having paid the extra, I was back home with the perfect size. We all enjoyed a lazy BBQ and fire that evening.....happy ending.

What excellent & expedient service We bought a plain jane firepit from a retailer but wanted to use charcoal occasionally on it. The retailer told us it would be best to contact the company direct. My wife phoned them up and explained we wanted a charcoal grate to fit in the bottom of the firepit so we could use charcoal. The plain jane firepit doesn't normally have a charcoal grate but they spoke to the blacksmith who manufactured one specifically. There communication is excellent & the quality of their product is excellent. Expedient manufacture to delivery. Well done firepits UK what a refreshing change it is to deal with a great company. As an engineer myself I was impressed with the high quality of the metal working & welding - great stuff thankyou. We will definitely be purchasing some more products from you.

The perfect 50th birthday present for Dad! Fiftieth birthdays can be bittersweet and father’s are known as difficult to buy for. Firepits UK came recommended by other family members so we knew we were in good hands from the moment we started looking at their website (and asking some pretty dumb questions). They answered patiently and quickly, and made it clear that they were there to help. After settling on a design (the box D with swing arms) and agreeing the wording of the plaque, we made our order (plus lid) and in no time at all, it arrived! Delivered so smoothly by the nicest delivery driver. We are not lucky enough to live somewhere warm so this was bought more as an outside heater but it has already been used twice to cook supper and it was brilliant. Easy to light, easy to keep alight and a whizz to cook on. Really, the perfect 50th birthday present for a much loved Dad!
