Love the finished product! Love, love, love the finished product! The plan from the engineers was a big help, however one of the parts I ordered, as per the engineer's plan, was incorrect and I was unable to get a full refund, even though they recommended that I purchase the item. There are numerous videos to watch, very helpful. Wish the videos were in some kind of order, instead of splattered across their site. Otherwise, absolutely love the black cable railings! It is so much better than my previous wood railings, no comparison and the invisible fittings are the finishing touches!

My first attempt at cable railing and it involved 2 decks My first attempt at cable railing and I have to admit the results are outstanding. The finished cable project not only significantly improved the optics inside and out but it also must have added value to our home. The project involved replacing glass panels on the upper deck and wooden spindles on the lower deck. In all, I ran around 1,100 ft of cable. It’s a project this “not very handy” 72 year old tackled with wonderful end results.

Great value, great look, great customer service I really like the product. I do with there was a little more how to install info on youtube. But I am very satisfied with the product, look, and fuctionality. While the cost wasn't inexpensive, similar products were even more money. As such, pretty good value. We've only had it up for a few months so I can't speak to how it weathers. Finally, customer service was fantastic, contacting me when they could tell I ordered the wrong product.

Great website,Great customer service Great website, easy to navigate. Had all the items and explanations needed to do the job correctly. Great customer support only issue was the instruction manuals were somewhat out of date with the updates to the product which I thought was surprising because everything else was First Class including the packaging of the products.
