Great value, great look, great customer service I really like the product. I do with there was a little more how to install info on youtube. But I am very satisfied with the product, look, and fuctionality. While the cost wasn't inexpensive, similar products were even more money. As such, pretty good value. We've only had it up for a few months so I can't speak to how it weathers. Finally, customer service was fantastic, contacting me when they could tell I ordered the wrong product.

Love the finished product! Love, love, love the finished product! The plan from the engineers was a big help, however one of the parts I ordered, as per the engineer's plan, was incorrect and I was unable to get a full refund, even though they recommended that I purchase the item. There are numerous videos to watch, very helpful. Wish the videos were in some kind of order, instead of splattered across their site. Otherwise, absolutely love the black cable railings! It is so much better than my previous wood railings, no comparison and the invisible fittings are the finishing touches!

The over all customer service is excellent. The in-house design assistance was very helpful in determining what and how many I shall need in my project. The same team follow through with my order and delivery. They checked on and update me the delivery status of my order. When item I ordered didn’t show up, they made arrangements immediately to send it overnight so that I can continue my installation.
