The over all customer service is excellent. The in-house design assistance was very helpful in determining what and how many I shall need in my project. The same team follow through with my order and delivery. They checked on and update me the delivery status of my order. When item I ordered didn’t show up, they made arrangements immediately to send it overnight so that I can continue my installation.

Great product, great customer service. This was my first time using Muzata products. The materials are very good quality. I installed 37 various styles of posts for this deck and also used their cable railing system. Very smooth system for connecting the cables and tensioning. I did have one post foot cover missing in the order but was able to easily connect with the company through e-mail and they resolved the issue quickly. I'm not sure how big of company Muzata is but their customer service was outstanding and they went above an beyond in communication and receiving a new part within a few days. I would definitely use them again.

Muzata sent replacement order immediately no questions asked. All parts were as advertised and worked like a champ. Very prompt in the problem resolution and great product. Final product looked great as installed fence. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and product.
