My order wasn't processed until after I… My order wasn't processed until after I emailed them asking why after 7 business days it hadn't shown any movement. For such a simple and small order, it should have been processed and in transit no later than 3 business days after ordering. That's being generous. When my customers order something from me, they get a tracking number the same day and movement showing by the next business day. No excuse for this oversight in orders.

Excellent customer service and follow up The acrylic boxes are well made and look excellent on the shelf. Order processing was good and first part of order arrived perfectly. However, the remainder of the order took some doing to get delivered correctly. Even though there was some mix up in their shipping, the company was persistent and ensured that I received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from Pleximart again. This was my second order from there store. The first experience was excellent.
