Custom Box Fiasco Handled Well The custom box I had ordered had come cracked and in pieces. Pleximart was so quick to respond the issue, had made a claim with the shipping company, and then got to work on a replacement I needed fast. The new box came so quickly and in great condition in time for the show we needed it for.

Peter was great to deal with and very responsive, somehow some measurements got messed up and I tried to make what was built work but it just wasn't happening.
