The company called us as soon as the swing came back in stock and honored the original sale price of the product. The follow up process was very proactive & professional. Was told when orderedeit would be… Was told when orderedeit would be delivered before Christmas and I can’t track it because the number is invalid and office is closed so I can’t find my item anywhere! And I was sent this review before my item got delivered!

table arrived broken table arrived broken, crack down the entire center, and a completely different color than as advertised. It has been weeks trying to get a refund and they continue to tell me they’re waiting on a response from the claims department at the manufacturer. They should have refunded me and dealt with the claim on their end. Never shopping here again.

Good I ordered an outdoor dining table and a patio seating set, and both came in good condition, but I don't recommend paying a $49 extra shipping fee for faster delivery. My furniture took the same time as the first one.
