GBIt's been 9 days since I submitted my… It's been 9 days since I submitted my order. I received an email from FedEx stating my item has been shipped and then after no updated. I payed for a service and a product up front and I have yet to receive either my product or any form of customer support. Edit: Home & Decor promptly made contact to explain the situation with my order. The representative went as far to call me personally to give me an update and apologize. Slightly delayed but my item will come in just in time for the holiday.

GBtable arrived broken table arrived broken, crack down the entire center, and a completely different color than as advertised. It has been weeks trying to get a refund and they continue to tell me they’re waiting on a response from the claims department at the manufacturer. They should have refunded me and dealt with the claim on their end. Never shopping here again.
