AUFaulty batteries, misled advertisement for panels, refuse to answer refund request I bought 4 lithium batteries for them and 2 collapsed in just hours to 0.4 V, and another collapsed in 2 days' use. All of them are used at normal room temperature for light use. New batteries cannot behave this way, but the depleted cells from the old EV can. Also their advertised panels of 300W each piece actually only 120W. They also sell batteries on eBay site with email charging accounts without receipt just the bill. Dodge commercial behavior.

GBFast, but same voucher issue The batteries arrived promptly, and well packed. I had the same problem as the previous reviewer though. They send repeated 'abandoned cart' emails, finally with a £20 off. But, despite what's in your cart, it's for a £500 minimum. If sending bespoke offers, they should match what's in your basket. They didn't honour it - instead sent a £10 code to use.

GBFaulty 100Ah LiFePo4 battery replaced Ordered my 4th 100Ah LiFePo4 battery from them. The first 3 have been fine (first was in March 2023) When it arrived it wouldn't give out any power, or take a charge (unlike the others). It took a few back and forths with emails, with slightly broken English / short replies, but they did send a replacement and arrived amost exactly a week after placing the initial order (so faulty battery and replacement within a week isn't bad). The replacement worked correctly and they said I could keep the faulty one. I dismantled it (not recommended), and decided the problem was a faulty BMS, I replaced that (£45 from AliExpress), and with the new BMS it seems to be working fine. Thought I'd add a positive review to show at least in some cases their support system works!

CAthey shipped me amazon returns as new batteries I bought new natteries and they shipped me amazon returns. And then trying to get service is a big problem since they are in China.

GBQuality seems really good so far Quality seems really good. I installed them in my Cub Cadet rzt s 42 and it's back to running reliably. It was due for replacing the 4x AGM batteries, but felt the $800 cost would better be used on LFP considering costs have dropped over the years. I did spend more on the eco-worth batteries, but with the discounts the cost seems well worth it. After slight modifications they fit perfect and runs great. It would be nice if more companies would start selling lithium chargers that can be set to only charge to 80% though.
