Ads were misleading The ads for this product make it seem way easier to use than it really is . It does seem to be fairly well built but the tiny tripod /handle makes it so hard to look through as you would have to be sitting at a table or other surface to use. Without stabilizing it on something I could never get a clear view far away for more than a couple seconds. Still haven’t been able to take clear pics using the smartphone adapter. I would never have purchased it had I known all this beforehand, sorry.

I have nothing for my money I have nothing for my money . I’m feeling pretty much like I’ve been scammed. In this environment in which you sell credibility & don’t back it up with a result , leaves me pondering why I did it. You send me a survey for a star rating . The lowest rating you offer is 1 red star , which I gave. I’d have given you a hot dog excrement moji if I could. You offered a product with a delivery time of 10 days. I agreed and gave you my hard earned.Weeks and weeks have passed. You have my $ & now my vitriol .🖕🏻

Wish I bought this sooner! This thing is POWERFUL. Excellent design, easy to use, get crazy high level of detail looking into mountains and trees, bird watching, etc.. Young kids can use it easily as well. Fantastic!

Put numbers on each product instead of… Put numbers on each product instead of relying on the pictures. I have yet to receive the monocular I wanted. I wanted the monocular that brought the boat and the moon into sharper view. The ones (5) I received can not bring in anything in from 300 yards. A friend of mine says that this sounds like the old “Bait and Switch” method of advertising one product and hen sending a lesser product for the higher price!!! I would love to return the ones I have and get the one I wanted.!!!
