GBI have rated low due to the very poor… I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

FIVery poor binoculars My phone has a significantly better zoom than those binoculars. Adaptation to the phone does not work, only a small circle-shaped blurry image is visible. None of the features in the ad, magnification max 32 times. A truly miserable show!

GBTiming and product first class only one little glitch Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet. I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.

GBStill haven’t received product yet Still haven’t received product yet. Tracking shows it sitting in shipping facility still. Very disappointed and will have charges reversed if not received within the next day or two. Also getting ready for Social Media blitz to share experience. -Unhappy Customer
