GBI ordered this and paid for expedited… I ordered this and paid for expedited shipping almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered it for a trip to Yellowstone Park which I have already gone and come back and still haven't received the purchase.

GBI have rated low due to the very poor… I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

GBHandled my miss hap with soaring response time!! There was a glitch w affirm so my order didnt go through and I had to contact their support. They responded right away and my Python came within a few days! Im super pleased with their response!

GBWish I bought this sooner! This thing is POWERFUL. Excellent design, easy to use, get crazy high level of detail looking into mountains and trees, bird watching, etc.. Young kids can use it easily as well. Fantastic!
