He helped me understand the choices available and was excellent in processing my order. When I asked if there were any discounts available he let me know that the 35% discount was still in effect. That discount helped me make the choice to have my logo printed on the canopy. Without the discount I would not have been able to afford the printing option. The canopy is beautiful! Thank you John.

The top is very hard to fold and unfold… The top is very hard to fold and unfold because velcro is hanging out every where attracting any and everything. The top goes straight across while the velcro goes at an angle not connecting with anything there were no instructions or video on setting it up or attaching the top. It does not come down smoothly. I had to spray wd40 on it to facilitate getting it down.

Service great Service great. Olga was very patience walking me thru the ordering process. Used canopy first time this past weekend. Worked fine, somewhat worried about the small fabric ties used to tie canopy to the frame and the lack of a 2nd tie down location lower on the side valances. I'm positive, somewhere in the future those light weight tyes are going to be a problem.

Lions Canopy Clint was a pleasure to work with at KD Kanopy! We needed a purple canopy for various functions throughout the year, and a great looking canopy was needed to project a professional image, and KD Kanopy did an awesome job! Very thick fabric for the top, and the frame was exceptionally sturdy so I have found out I didn't need the heavy duty frame. Our canopy is only 10' x 10', but on a larger canopy, a heavier duty frame would be better. KD Kanopy has the replacement parts in case we damaged the frame, so that's a plus. I could not be happier with the product, and the other members of our team were just as happy!
