Perfection is found at Ponoma. The shelf was immaculate! Beautiful and refined with perfect corners & great customer service! Ponoma helped me to decide on the GLOSS BLACK and when the shelf arrived it could not have been a more perfect match for the application. I’m now ordering 2 more! I’m a perfectionist so believe me when I say these shelf’s are definitely pricey but every cent spent reflects clearly in the product quality. Communication is Key The communication between Yuri and his partner with us was excellent. Whether through email or via phone, they were always available to answer all of our questions right away. We live in Hawaii, and were a bit hesitant to have our stainless steel floating shelves done without having ever seen their work in person. Our order took a bit longer than we anticipated. Since we had a mix of custom and non-custom pieces, we appreciated Yuri's honesty and his suggestion that to insure that the finish matched, we wait until our entire order come from the new inventory made with their new equipment.

The extra cost for painting is… The extra cost for painting is astronomical. They should supply self-tapping sheet metal screws to attach the mantle to the mantle bracket because the holes don't line up. Other than that, it's a nice product and added the look and protection we wanted on our fireplace/tv.

Final results are great. Getting there not so much. MOST IMPORTANT: This is a well made product and it looks great installed. That being said: There were several problems with shipping that required several emails to finally resolve. Email was answered quickly so I never felt like I was hanging and wondering. I would buy again and do recommend this product.
