This system is great and often used… This system is great and often used from job site to job site and also my home. Andrew Kahan has been an amazing sales rep quickly and reliably processing my requests and just making things happen! Keep up the great work.

Unit began to malfunction only 2 years … Unit began to malfunction only 2 years after purchase. The device began to fail to sync with cellular local time. This was the first indication. By the third year, unit failed almost entirely. Not very user-friendly. The tattletale unit will not allow the option of the threshold period for door/windows opened by sensor. Only the infrared feature will allow this. The alarm itself is not loud enough to elicit anything notable. For several hundred dollars, this is not the way to go.

Overall I like the system Overall I like the system. The base is made in USA but the sensors are not. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that whenever we trigger the alarm purposely to test how quick the monitoring company would respond it seems that sometime it take them long time. Long enough for professional robber to take what he is after. I have the top of their monitoring plan. Once my wife accidentally open the garage door before disarming the system and when the monitoring company called they didn't even asked for password to dismiss the alarm and then cops showed up by our front door but not until like 20 minutes latter. First they should asked for password and second why it took so long for cops to show up. Their monitoring company needs definitely some improvements to attract more costumers.

Our company has had several burglaries … Our company has had several burglaries over the past 37+ years that we have been in business, and until recently when we had the Tattletale system installed, our property loss has been greatly reduced, if not eliminated. Also the ability to monitor and arm/disarm the system through the mobile app has proved to be a valuable asset with employees coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Just wish we would have installed the system years earlier. Lastly, I would like to commend Tattletales representative "Greg" for taking the time to thoroughly explain the system prior to the sale.

Easy to set up and adapt to changing jobsite conditions The ease of moving and adding sensors as the job progresses make this system the best on the market. I highly recommend this alarm system to my customers to assist them in their overall site protection plan.
