The time from order to getting to you… The time from order to getting to you house is unacceptable. I'm unsure how or why it takes these guys 3 times as long as any other place I have ordered. I have ordered from these guys for my quest 2 and now 3. The reliability and promptness has gone down. When I received my pimax I used Honsvr and i had my prescription inserts in a week. Very disappointing.

I purchased a pair of the lenses after… I purchased a pair of the lenses after doing some research online. Ordering them was easy. It took a little while for the lenses to come in, but in their defense, they stated that this time of year was busy and lenses could take longer than usual. When the lenses arrived I noticed immediately that I was seeing double while using my Meta Quest. I contacted customer support, and they reached out to me very quickly, They asked me to try a few things and after a short amount of troubleshooting, they realized that they had used an incorrect PPD setting in the lenses. A set of replacement lenses were sent out the next day, and I received my replacement lenses within three business days. The lenses work perfectly, it’s so nice to be able to use my Meta Quest without using my prescription glasses in them. The quality is very clear and I commend their customer service on how prompt, kind, and how efficient they were in getting me replacement lenses. would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the great job!

Incredible I ordered prescription lenses for my Quest 2 and they are seriously game changing. I have wide frames so I before I had to cram them in the quest and it was super uncomfortable and didn’t look that great. I got the Reloptix lenses and they were super easy to install and look sooooo much better. It feels like the first time I got glasses all over again. I have never been able to see my Quest this clearly. I also like that it comes with a case, protective bags for the lenses, and a cloth and the lenses easily pop in and out with magnets which is nice since I share my headset. Worth every penny imo.

This is by FAR the BEST investment I… This is by FAR the BEST investment I have made for my Oculus 2 headset. I am +400/+450 with astigmatism and different magnifications for each eye. NOBODY else does farsightedness.. Imagine my excitement when i installed these, and they actually WORKED... Installation was super easy and their magnetic snap on technology makes it quick to remove the lenses if someone else wants to use the headset.. I finally am free from my glasses and can enjoy the VR world comfortably!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

A Game Changer. These inserts are a complete game changer. I had tried wearing my glasses under the vr headset and I had tried going without glasses at all. Both were uncomfortable and made seeing clearly impossible. These fit my quest 2 perfectly and give me perfect vision while wearing the headset. I didn't play much vr prior, but these have transformed my experience and I now play happily for hours.
