Color me SOLD on Payne Glasses I've been ordering glasses from Payne since 2019. Best thing I ever did. I was leery ordering online for high index, progressive lenses. Color me sold! Fraction of the price I had always paid and the lenses are better quality.

Customer Service and the glasses are wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses, due to my own error in ordering. I hadn’t paid for the additional warranty because I had never had any problems with the glasses I’d ordered previously. (I’ve been ordering from Payne for several years already.) I contact Customer Service and they made a one-time exception for me. I received full credit and ordered a replacement pair that were perfect. I received them today. I’m very happy with Payne Glasses and have recommended them to all my friends!

Payne is the best of the Internet eyeglass vendors. For the most part, I use Payne Glasses for all my eyeglass purchases. I have tried other vendors bit have been dissatisfied. Although my very favorite frames have been discontinued (Classic Dusk in all colors). I have purchased a few other frames that I like.
