Hooray for George! Having arthritis in my left thumb, I now have to use a very light non-standard string set. I was lucky enough to have George as my guide in getting the right set. He's very competent, dedicated and was incredibly patient in getting just what I needed. Not many companies have such a professional service department these days, and I very much appreciated my experience. Good job there, George, good man!!!

Honestly some of the best customer… Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I use Promark Sticks, Evans Heads, and D'addario strings and I know if I ever have any issues they will not only fix it but go the extra mile to make it right.
