Excellent service and information. Restoring a very old Banjo Mandolin with rusty strings and a split skin, I contacted D'Addario for help with stringing. George the Consumer Support Specialist, was exceptionally helpful asking several questions over several emails to determine the string tension required for the instrument. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.
