Liars!! Liars!!! They promised customer service .. foam hats does not honor what they promise.. Their phone number is not even in service.. they promised I could get my money back if not happy. They lied!..It has been almost 3 weeks.. no communication from company call better business scam company

When I contacted Foam Party Hats by email to cancel the order, I received a response within an hour or two letting me know that they refunded my credit card and could keep the order when it arrived. It arrived a few days after the event, and I loved them! I will definitely use this company in the future!

Perfect Hat for someone becoming a citizen Hat looked exactly like the picture on the website. It also arrived on the date promised!!! The hat was fun looking but not gaudy - perfect for the celebration for someone becoming an USA citizen.
