NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO CHAT RESPONSE NO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.

I have had great luck with this company! I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.

It took longer than I expected to… It took longer than I expected to receive my pillow form but I image with the pandemic - that was probably the problem. iFabric has great selections and the best prices.....A word to iFabric - Just be careful with your S&H - that's why Amazon is crushing it's competition. Very often I do find items cheaper on other sites compared to Amazon BUT when it comes to S&H - if it's out of line I will go right back to Amazon to make that purchase. I want to spread my business around - but consumers like me need your cooperation in doing so. Stop with the outrageous S&H.
