Never received order and won't respond to Chat, Email, or Disconnected Phone I ordered fabric weeks ago, but never received any communication other than the initial confirmation email. I tried to contact their customer service department in three different ways: 1. Phone - disconnected 2. Chat - no response after multiple attempts 3. Email - no replies to sent emails I think these guys are either closed or about to close, though their payment gateway is more than willing to take your money.

Exactly what I'd been searching for. Ordered sample sizes but they were exactly what I'd been searching for. Samples were even bigger than expected and a very nice size for visualization purposes!

Nice Material I ordered this fabric for a skirt to connect to a bodice that I was making out of a plaid scrap of material. The color matched the background perfectly and the material is the right weight for a spring/summer/fall dress. The only complaint I have is it took almost 3 weeks for me to get it and I live maybe at the most 500 miles from the county where the business is located. I know USPS sucks on their delivery but 3 weeks is ridiculous.

Great fabric options Was struggling finding fabric that I wanted/needed. Was thrilled with wide selection and great quality of fabrics and notions available at this site. My only complaint is how long it took to arrive. It took several weeks. Perhaps because I live far away in North western USA? As long as you are not expecting a quick turnaround you won’t be disappointed.

Never again In the process now of trying to find out where my order is I will be disputing the transaction if i don't hear from them TOMORROW!..UPS SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE...NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE.( Been calling for days)all to be sent to voicemail. I SENT EMAILS ALL JUST TO SAY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND WHEN THEY GET A CHANCE???? HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS..its the 26th of Feb and ordered on the 10th!! I have never had a order even in California to take this long getting to me..sooo disappointed
