This was my first purchase from SAKI This was my first purchase from SAKI . Not without a lot of research first. My Son uses a Sous vide. Was not happy with how loud his was ! I heard mention that the SAKI was quiet! Which is very important for long cooking recipes. The quiet Percision of this machine is amazing! It’s a beautiful rich color as well! Makes my cooking experience fun! The results will only continue to get better as I try different recipes. The Quality and precise temperatures are exactly what you need for success. Makes me feel like a top chef!! Thank you SAKI for such an amazing product and such amazing customer service!

Actually the system and samover is… Actually the system and samover is really good but one thing is problem for me. The boiling part is really untouchable while the water was hot. It is burning! Maybe you can use different material to keep warm or cold outside of boiling part.

I would have liked the payment option… I would have liked the payment option but after selecting the option the site dropped it and I got the single payment instead. Didn't disturb my fiance's but the payment would have been a little easier. Shipping was okay, the package did arrive 3 days early. Haven't had a chance to use it as yet, steaks on social security are few and between, but we will and I'm sure it will work just fine. Thank you, James P Oney

Our bread machine arrived and of course… Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us. Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!
