GBThis was my first purchase from SAKI This was my first purchase from SAKI . Not without a lot of research first. My Son uses a Sous vide. Was not happy with how loud his was ! I heard mention that the SAKI was quiet! Which is very important for long cooking recipes. The quiet Percision of this machine is amazing! It’s a beautiful rich color as well! Makes my cooking experience fun! The results will only continue to get better as I try different recipes. The Quality and precise temperatures are exactly what you need for success. Makes me feel like a top chef!! Thank you SAKI for such an amazing product and such amazing customer service!

GBI don't recommend SAKI to no one I would give Saki 1 Star just because it looks nice, otherwise it doesn't work. the first time I bought my TeaSmart Electric Turkish Tea Kettle it worked for about a month and it start to turn off before heating the water to the correct tempter. I bought another one same model three months later did the same thing and it starts to turn off by itself. I emailed customer service many times to return it...did not get any response. I don't recommend this company at all

GBAs of 7-23 have not received… As of 7-23 have not received merchandise, order was delayed and then returned due to damage. UPS notified you and notice was sent via website with request for status of order, no response has been received. Will likely cancel this order.

GBActually the system and samover is… Actually the system and samover is really good but one thing is problem for me. The boiling part is really untouchable while the water was hot. It is burning! Maybe you can use different material to keep warm or cold outside of boiling part.

GBLives up to the expectations of tea drinkers I am pleased to report back that it met my high expectations as a tea drinker! I have another (traditional) samovar which turned out to be nothing more than a decorative object, but Saki is real! I make at least one full pot of tea every day. Saki samovar not only lives up to that standard, but also makes it more enjoyable! It's a great convenience to have the constant hot water without keeping the stove on, or lifting any heavy pots. (yay, the faucet is super fun!)
