It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.

GBActually the system and samover is… Actually the system and samover is really good but one thing is problem for me. The boiling part is really untouchable while the water was hot. It is burning! Maybe you can use different material to keep warm or cold outside of boiling part.
