GBOverall I like my Zoom scooter Overall I like my Zoom scooter, I use it to zip around the side streets and go to the store to save miles on my Chevy Bolt EV. It is fun to ride and I like it. I was supposed to get a free helmet with it, but never received it. So, it is not perfect, but not a bad little ride and uses no gas for getting around the back streets. I have only had to call for information once and that was when I first purchased they were very responsive and helpful.

GBUp Date 6/3/23 I would like to give an update a resent review that I wrote about Zoom Scooters. Zoom Scooters did contact me and refunded my $423.00 for the batteries that I ordered on 12/15/22. I feel the workmanship put into the scooters they manufacture is top notch. In true defense to Zoom Scooters, I think their suppliers are probably passing on delivery schedules that they may not be able to keep. Lastly, a breakdown in communication can cause negativity with customers. People like to be kept in the loop.

GBAwesome scooter BUT… We love our little yellow Zoom. Worked great for almost 1 year then the charger & battery died. Probably my fault, but that’s not the issue. I ordered & paid for a new battery & charger Nov 6, 2022. It’s now Jan 22, 2023 & still no battery or charger. The customer service keeps telling me it’s on the way, even will be here next week (a month ago). That the supplier had backlog due to holidays. But still waiting. I’ve even asked for recommendations of another battery & charger to replace mine, but no luck. Seems there is only one supplier so I am stuck. The scooter is awesome when it works but if you need to replace anything be ready to wait for months…hoping to be able to ride it before the Texas summer heat but as of now it’s a dead scooter in the garage. What a shame.,

GBThis company is a joke. This company is a joke.. I originally ordered one oct 19 2021.. didnt arrive till dec 27th.. I asked for all the paperwork to be sent to me with the scooter . Scooter had blinker issues 2nd day I had it... They sent the replacement part but told me I had to pay the mechanic.. never shipped with charger had to wait 1 week .. never came with free scooter cover.. and it took them 4 months to send me all the paperwork .. I finally sold this scooter as it was a headache dealing with these guys from day 1... Stay away from these jerks they don't care about customers.

GBBEWARE BEWARE. I ordered a Zoom e-scooter based upon the Trustpilot score of 4.0 shown on the website which is obviously WRONG. After 5 MONTHS of waiting and being told 4 times that the scooter was in route and would be delivered at the end of the month (March, April, May, June) I finally accepted a refund. They continued misrepresent their commitments. Therefore, I can only imagine how unreliable their product warranty and service would be. At the request of Zoom I am providing additional background. After 2 months they offered to refund my money, but I believed their misrepresentation on delivery status. They then offered a $300 discount to take down my original complaint and recieve an end of month delivery. Because I needed/wanted the scooter i chose the delivery. For the subsequent months, they offered the same refund or end of month delivery. I chose delivery. Still NO SCOOTER. After 5 months of misleading information, chiding from my friends and family, and checking out Better Business Bureau - F RATING, I submitted to accepting the refund for the scooter I was never going to get from Zoom. If they misrepresent about purchase and delivery, what kind of warranty and support could I expect, if I ever received the scooter that apparently was never shipped.
