We order two-tone acrylic letters with… We order two-tone acrylic letters with black stickee backs. Glue pours off the sides of these letters and numbers. We use masking tape to work around the edges and sides to remove the excess. It is very time consuming. This has been an issue since the facility was moved to Tennessee. Sloppy work all the time.

We had not purchased from IG for a year… We had not purchased from IG for a year or so. We had a customer that we had to use IG to match the signage. It was a wonderful experience. The minimum had be reduced, new customer service was very nice and the shipping time was very fast. It was a nice surprise!

To not receive samples in this… To not receive samples in this business, even when new orders or orders with changes are involved, is an enormous inconvenience and embarrassment.
