Don’t care attitude I have been in business for 20 years and this was one of my worst experiences, choosing IDENTITY,I have filed complain to Marriott too. Baye and Kerri was very good while taking our business, but while it came to perform we had missing sign,we called for missing sign but they treated us as new customer took over 60 days to get the sign, normally working with HOTEL SIGNS we had much better experience, we were trying to support IDENTITY as local vendor, but this was my biggest mistake ever.
