the quote took too long to get.- poor shop drawings the quote took too long to get. then the shop drawings had to go back several times for corrections. i do not believe the staff review their work before sending out the shop drawings.

We order two-tone acrylic letters with… We order two-tone acrylic letters with black stickee backs. Glue pours off the sides of these letters and numbers. We use masking tape to work around the edges and sides to remove the excess. It is very time consuming. This has been an issue since the facility was moved to Tennessee. Sloppy work all the time.

We paid in advance the 100% of the… We paid in advance the 100% of the signage (11K) and after chasing them for updates for six month they advise they never produce the sign.Now they refunded the money without even an apology. Very Unprofessional .
