CABreville - good coffee but service sucks. Breville brewers make a good cup of coffee but unit longevity and vendor service capabilities suck. I now have a third machine that has been operational for approximately 4 months. The first lasted approximately 4 years and the second another two years. I bought the third thinking Breville would repair the second unit. The exercise of repair has been a disaster. I emailed Breville and got a response with an offer to send a free cleaner. They did and I tried the cleaner without success. I advised Breville of results and received a response 29.Nov.2023 requesting info on observed unit issues with the second unit. I responded with info and did two follow-up emails requesting Breville guidance with no success after four months. Awful service so can only reiterate that Breville aftermarket service sucks.

GBExcellent customer service I had some issues with the grind control drip coffee maker. It was not making a good cup of coffee. Breville customer service representative reached out to me via email and I was able to resolve the issue. I have to say that while it might not be the best coffee maker on the market, the customer service is very good and it's nice to see a company stand behind their product with support.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. Didn't answer original request through support section of website. Had to track them down on Twitter/X. When I finally got someone weeks later they told me I needed to send my Toaster/Smart Oven in for repair. Then they told me it was $219 to repair something I paid $319 for. I ended up buying a new one from a different brand for $150.

GBgreat support, replaced faulty item quickly After reporting an issue with our Breville air fryer oven the company replaced the appliance at no cost with one that works excellently. We are very satisfied with both the replacement and the customer service help that they provided.

GBi Have a Breville blender/juicer and… i Have a Breville blender/juicer and use this every day...love it. i reached out because a small handle on the blender top had broken off and while i was still able to use it, i wanted to get it replaced. Not knowing whether i was still in warranty or not, i reached out to customer support. Michelle R was absolutely amazing and helpful and responsive. Basically i did not have my receipt because this was a gift, but she replaced it anyway without a charge as a courtesy to me. Because i was receipt-less, i was willing to purchase a new one, but again she was wonderful and sent me a new one no charge....Thank you Michelle and Breville
