It was so easy to order the glasses I… It was so easy to order the glasses I wanted, and put in my prescription online. The prices are affordable, which I really appreciated. But then when I asked about exchanging the eyeglasses for a different style, I was told I would have to pay shipping for the exchange, so I just decided to keep the glasses I ordered. I hate having to pay shipping. But the glasses I kept are nice ones and good quality. The lenses are perfect!

Ordered June 2 and still waiting on my… Ordered June 2 and still waiting on my order to ship. Sent multiple emails asking for an update and have received nothing back.

Not so Great 1. No one responds to emails; 2. Did not receive the Initial Discount via the Coupon for First Time Buyers ($10) that was promised. 3. The Site did not state that the prescription glasses will be shipped form China, if so I would have made a different decision

Legit Was a little skeptical by how cheap the glasses were, and was fully prepared to eat the cost and receive something bad or nothing at all. They came through as promised. They are based in China, so it takes a while to arrive as expected. But overall I was satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this site to others.

Can't review what I haven't gotten I have not received my eyeglasses, and when I contact KoalaEye all I get are automated, generic replies, if I get any reply at all.
